COCKTAILS AND MIXES

Our Spirits mix well so here are some recipes you can try at home.

SSL

Madira Select, Soda Water & Lime

Pour Ice in a tumbler.

Add 60 ml of Madira Select.

Add a slice or Wedge of Lime.

Top up with Soda Water. 

Enjoy the Goodness.

Tonic Water can also be used instead of Soda water.

BERRY ME

Madira Select, Fresh Berries & Lime juice

In a Blender, add a scoop of ice.

Add 60 ml Madira Select.

Add some fresh Strawberries & Raspberries.

Add 30 ml Lime juice.

Add 30 ml Sugar Syrup.

Blend well to make a slushy.

Garnish with Berries & Pineapple.

DESI MOJITO

Madira Select, Cointreau, Lime, Mint

Place 10-12 mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler and crush to release mint oils and lime juice.

Add 2-3 more lime wedges and 2 tablespoons sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture.

Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour in 15 ml Cointreau & 60 ml Madira Select fill the glass with club soda.

MAD IMLI SHOTS

Madira Platinum, Tamarind paste, Lime juice, Sugar

In a shaker, add ice and pour 30 ml lime juice.

Add 90 ml Madira Platinum.

Add 30 ml sugar syrup.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of tamarind paste/concentrate.

Shake well for 20-30 seconds.

Rim shot glasses with sea salt.

Strain the shaker to fill shot glasses.

Garnish with lime & serve.

THANDAI

Madira Select, Vanilla Ice-cream, Pistachio, Almonds, black Pepper.

Add 10-12 Almonds, 6-8 pistachio, 5-6 black pepper grains, 1 tablespoon sugar to a grinder and make paste.

Add 1 scoop of ice, 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream, 1 table spoon of the paste made earlier and 60 ml of Madira Select to a blender.

Blend well to make a slushy.

Serve in a tumbler, garnish with nuts or Berries.

PINK LADY

Madira Select, Lychee Liqueur, Lemonade, Cranberry juice.

In a shaker, add 45 ml Madira Select, 15 ml Lychee Liqueur, 60 ml Cranberry juice and shake well.

Strain over ice in a Highball glass.

Top up with lemonade.

Garnish with Lime and fresh berries.

TROPICAL SUNSHINE

Madira Platinum, Malibu coconut rum, Pineapple juice, Ginger Ale

To a shaker, add some ice and 45 ml Madira Platinum, 30 ml Malibu coconut rum, 60 ml pineapple.

Shake well and strain it in the glass of your choice.

Top with some Ginger Ale.

Garnish with orange peel, slice or Pineapple.

PAAN MOJITO

Madira Paan, Madira Select, Lime juice, Mint, Lemonade.

In a shaker, add 30 ml Madira Paan, 30 ml Madira Select, 15 ml Lime juice and 6-8 mint leaves and shake well.

Strain over ice in a Highball glass.

Top up with lemonade.

Garnish with Lime and fresh mint.
